Welcoming staff all around, from the front desk to the restaurants. Our double room had a comfy bed just like we hoped. Had a quietly enjoyable stay here. 😊

The free parking was nearby, terrific service. The staff were very efficient, helped us with every request. Its location at a short distance from Rcmp Hope Monument was comfortable.
Their staff were busy.

price, availability. Enjoyed the restaurant and restaurant service
room layout not as good as Ramada across the street. Internet speed was poor, frequently could not connect (timed out). Did not appreciate the fire alarm at midnight and at 8 am, no follow up to have guests evacuate or indicate false alarm. Fire alarm was not very loud, my wife slept through it.

Our stay was a disaster--from the moment we entered the hotel the automatic front door was not working properly and thing went down hill from there.
The elevator was not working properly either and we could not get to our floor. We left the elevator and walked up a flight of stairs to our floor. I reported this to the front desk and was told it would be reported to maintenance. I thought an apology would have been appropriate. The room had two beds; however it was so crowded there was no room to put out the stand for the suitcases. It was very tight with two people in the room. An old model tv was in the room and no fridge was provided. We waited over an hour for our lunch (sandwiches) and had to leave without eating. We were registered for two nights--on the second night we returned to the hotel to find that our roomkey had been deactivated and we could not operate the elevator nor enter our room. The front desk activated our cards; however, again no apology for the inconvenience

It was a good hotel and very close to where we were visiting.
The only thing was there were a bunch of kids that ran up and down the hallway til midnight both nights we stayed there making quite a lot of noise!

I liked having coffee/tea making machines, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the room. the location was great, not too far from Sandy Beach Regional Park. - the airport was only 0.5 miles away.

Hotel provides reasonably priced meals. The rooms are quiet and include a microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator. Its location is particularly good, near Lloyd Mall.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The alarm clock was easy to set. The front desk clerk was friendly.
The service in the restaurant could have been better. We had the buffet and there was some confusion as to whether another waitress had asked us if we wanted anything to drink. Once the confusion was over everything went well.
